Mediterranean varietals and a sense of fun are part of the approach to the wines at this Santa Cruz winemaker which was founded by the Grahm family in Bonny Doon in 1983. The salient and recurring winemaking themes of Bonny Doon Vineyard are: 1) Having as much fun with the wine as the relevent governmental agencies will allow.
2) Producing wine and wine labels that will scintillate the
most jaded imbiber. 3)
Retaining as much of the natural qualities of the grapes (especially
fragrance) through careful handling and minimal cellar treatment.
